What Is The Structure?
The training program follows what a professional athlete does. The program follows an 8-week program structure that includes rest weeks, recovery days, active recovery workouts, and both gym and track workouts. Every week the intensity gets a little tougher to follow a progressive overload like a pro athlete. Each workout includes mobility work, imbalance training, and a specific theme every 2 months.
